General Terms

All services provided by Traidnt are for legitimate purposes only.
It is prohibited to transfer, store, or provide any data or information for materials that violate Islamic Sharia or agreed-upon laws and customs.
Traidnt does not provide any party with any client data unless it is an official governmental authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The client has no right to slander or defame Traidnt or its personnel. Traidnt reserves the right to terminate the contract in such cases.
In case of any dispute, we seek to reach solutions within Traidnt. If internal resolution is impossible, the client retains the right to litigate before the competent authorities in Saudi Arabia.
Purchasing a service from Traidnt or benefiting from any of its services means you agree to these terms.
Traidnt reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without liability, with notification to existing clients.

Client Rights

Traidnt undertakes to provide the highest quality services and maintain client rights throughout the contract period.
Traidnt guarantees the highest server stability rate of 99.99%.
Traidnt undertakes to protect clients personal data and not disclose it to any party without official written authorization.
Traidnt maintains service quality for all plans without discrimination.
In case of service interruption, Traidnt will compensate the client with additional time equal to the interruption period, with a maximum of 30 days per year. No cash compensation is provided under any circumstances. Compensation does NOT include: scheduled maintenance (announced in advance), force majeure events, or any interruption caused by the client
Traidnt commits to delivering services on the agreed time.

💰

Refund policy applies ONLY to annual shared hosting plans paid in full in advance.
No refund after 30 days from service activation date, without exception.
Refund amount = remaining subscription period value after deducting the consumed month in full, with no partial months.
Transfer fees, banking, and administrative expenses (minimum 50 SAR) are deducted from the refund amount.
No refund if the client violated any terms of the service usage policy.
Refund policy does NOT apply to: Domain names, Business Email, Design & Development services, paid SSL certificates, or any customization service.
Private, Cloud, and Saudi Servers: Client has no right to any refund after service activation (server provisioning and delivery of access credentials to the client).
Refund only upon direct request from the client, via a written email from the registered email address, after personal phone confirmation.
Refund processing takes 7 business days from our acceptance of the request, via the original payment method or bank transfer.

Client commits to pay service fees at the time of service request.
For renewal: Client commits to renew on the due date. Notification is sent up to 30 days before renewal.
For non-renewal: Backup is kept on Traidnt servers for up to 14 days. Files cannot be restored after that unless external backup was requested.
Account is temporarily suspended within 48 hours after the renewal due date.
Traidnt is not responsible for any error in financial transfers or bank deposits.
When depositing money, the accounts department must be notified within 72 hours.
Traidnt is not responsible for any dealings outside our ticket system. Official domains: traidnt.com and manage.traidnt.com.
Traidnt will never ask you to send information outside the ticket system. Traidnt reserves the right to refuse, terminate, or cancel any contract at its discretion.

It is prohibited to transfer, store, or provide any materials that violate Islamic Sharia or intellectual property rights.
It is prohibited to publish trademarked material.
It is prohibited to publish or promote websites with illegal activity, support terrorism, or incite religious contempt or racism.
It is prohibited to publish materials that harm Traidnt servers or other servers on the Internet.
It is prohibited to publish any pirated software or applications.
It is prohibited to publish hacker programs or hacking tutorials.
It is prohibited to attempt to harm any sites or servers hosted by Traidnt.
It is prohibited to publish or activate any IRC-related service. Sending SPAM via our servers is completely prohibited.
Resource consumption limits (RAM, CPU, Processes) apply. If exceeded, the site pauses temporarily.
You can check your current usage through cPanel via Resources Usage.
Available resources are progressive. Traidnt 2 has double the resources of Traidnt 1.
Multiple clients share resources on shared hosting fairly. The service is for website hosting, not archive or backup hosting.
Using accounts as backup storage is not permitted on shared hosting. Storing cPanel backups is also prohibited.

Payment & Due Date: If server payment is not received within 3 days of the invoice due date, the server will be suspended automatically without prior notice.
Server Cancellation: If 5 days pass from the server invoice due date without payment, the server will be permanently cancelled, and Traidnt is not responsible for any files, data, or components hosted on the server.
It is prohibited to transfer, store, or provide any materials that violate Islamic Sharia or intellectual property rights.
It is prohibited to publish trademarked material.
It is prohibited to publish or promote websites with illegal activity, support terrorism, or promote extremism.
It is prohibited to publish materials that harm Traidnt servers or other servers.
It is prohibited to publish any pirated software or applications.
It is prohibited to publish hacker programs or hacking tutorials.
It is prohibited to attempt to harm any sites or servers hosted by Traidnt.
It is prohibited to publish or activate any IRC-related service. SPAM is completely prohibited.

🎨

The client has the right to request the design they want, provided it does not violate Islamic Sharia.
Proofs and final work are presented in PNG format. The client has no right to exploit the images.
The client may request modifications up to two times before final approval.
Upon final approval, distribution, configuration, and animations begin.
After delivery, Traidnt is not responsible for further modifications.
No right to fix damages resulting from misuse or tampering.
If there is an error from Traidnt designers, the client must request modification within one week.
Traidnt disclaims responsibility for tampering, sabotage, or leaks by non-Traidnt persons.
Traidnt is not responsible for defects when working with other design/hosting companies.
For designs from your own or another company, installing the design is your responsibility.
Client pays at least half the amount before programming begins, and the remainder before delivery.
Traidnt is not responsible for any repair of faults resulting from code modification by non-Traidnt programmers.
The client has no right to remove Traidnt copyrights. Otherwise, Traidnt reserves the right to publish the code for free.
